This composit is a combination of 2 BioBricks. Because we are using cell surface displaying for our hydrolase (pNB-Esterase 13) it is highly important to have really tight regulatory unit. In order to obtain a good control over surface expression and to avoid growth hampering leaky expression we used our Arabinose inducible promotor BBa_K808000.
